Our non-residential retreat will cover skills and practices designed to support and evolve the strength, stability, and resilience that cultivates satisfying long-term relationships. All couples are welcome.


Retreat Topics:

·  Loving-kindness as a foundation for stability and friendliness

·  How to transform challenges into strengths

·  Why communication is not the most important aspect of a relationship

·  Myths of committed relationships

·  Growing individually and together

·  The importance of daily sensuality (It may not be what you think it is!)


  The retreat is educational in nature and should not be regarded as therapy or counseling.

 

 The retreat is limited to 4 committed couples. Please register early to reserve your space.


Schedule

Sunday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Retreat includes gourmet brunch 

Retreat Fee: $350. per couple.

Linda Cammarata, RN, RYT & Larry Cammarata, Ph.D. are an Asheville, North Carolina based husband and wife team who have been happily married for 20 years. They both teach mind-body practices to individuals, groups, and couples. Linda specializes in the healing benefits of yoga, qigong, and meditation as applied to self-regulation for stress, mood, and sleep management. Larry is a clinical psychologist who specializes in mindfulness-based psychotherapy and education for individuals and couples. His work on mindful movement has been presented at national and international conferences, including the international scientific conference of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is an instructor of Taijiquan and Qigong who has received advanced training in China and in the US. Both Linda and Larry lead international mindfulness-oriented retreats through their company Mindfulness Travels
