Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Education with Larry Cammarata, Ph.D.

I’ve been a Licensed Psychologist for over 30 years. My approach to therapy is present-centered and draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including the mindfulness-based therapy of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT, which incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, commitment to core values, and strategies for behavioral change. I treat individuals and couples, and have expertise in a wide-range of mind-body medicine modalities related to treating stress, anxiety, pain, insomnia, and general problems in living. 

Mindfulness-based educational consultations can also be arranged. For example, instruction in mindfulness meditation, self-compassion meditation, relaxation and stress management skills, and mindful movement is also offered.
