Imagine a dedicated day designed just for you with a circle of beautiful women. Bask in a day filled with opportunities to connect, rejuvenate, and enjoy wellness on all levels. Discover how to restore your energy during the summer and bring light into your everyday life. You will join us in a private, beautiful home in East Asheville surrounded by serene, woodland nature close to the Blue Ridge mountains, and only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. 

The retreat includes:

  • Dao Flow yoga to improve your hormonal response
  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Cultivating vitality  
  • A sharing circle

Fee: $80. per person. Tea and snacks are included. Limited to 8 participants!

Linda Cammarata, RN, RYT is a yoga instructor, Qigong instructor, and Registered Nurse who specializes in integrative medicine and sleep education. Linda has spent over 30 years studying, teaching, and presenting her unique programs at women’s conferences, health spas, yoga studios, and other venues internationally. Linda has extensively trained with several Qigong masters, has comprehensively studied Energy Medicine, and has a wide array of knowledge of women’s issues and sleep disorders. She is the founder of Mindfulness Travels, an educational organization that leads mindfulness-oriented retreats in beautiful, inspiring places throughout the world.

Margaret Kirschner, C-IAYT is a Certified Trauma-sensitive Yoga Therapist and a Dao Flow Yoga practitioner. Dao Flow Yoga is a one-of-a-kind style of yoga that merges the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the practice of yoga for women’s hormonal health. Margaret is the co-founder of A Mindful Emergencespecializing in bringing mindfulness and yoga into addiction recovery.  She is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor - Intern (CSAC-I) in a medically assisted treatment facility for opioid addicted patients.
